On the web, choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, or type your email address and we send you a code. The first time, this creates your account. Accounts made earlier with a mobile number, an email code or a username and password still sign in the same way, under "Sign in with a Baddy username instead".

Reels are paid with credits, and a new account starts with 100 free credits. A match up to 10 minutes costs 5 credits, up to 30 minutes 8 credits, then 8 more for every further 30 minutes. Credits come in packs you buy on the web with UPI, GPay, cards or netbanking; the price shows before you pay, and before each upload. AI extras in the Studio (an AI song, player effects, score tracking, AI chat after the free messages) use credits too and show their price on the button. If a reel fails, its credits come back automatically. Questions about a payment: email hello@dotredlabs.com with the time of the payment.

In the app, open Record and film your match, or choose a video from your library. On the web, open baddyai.com/create and drop in your video. Baddy finds the rallies, follows the shuttle and cuts a vertical reel. A full match usually takes a few minutes.

Baddy AI sends your videos to Google (Gemini) to find your rallies and highlights and power the Studio chat, to Anthropic (Claude) to mark the court, to Meta (SAM) to outline players for effects, and to RunPod's GPU servers to track the shuttle. Baddy asks your permission before the first upload. You can withdraw it in the app (Settings, then AI processing) or on your Account page. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

New reels are private. On each reel you can choose Only me, My followers, or Everyone.

On any reel that is not yours, tap the three dots, then Report or Block. A reel you report disappears from your feeds straight away and our team reviews it within 24 hours. A blocked player's reels disappear from your feeds and lists. On the web, open the reel in the Library and use Report or Block under the video.

In the app: Settings, then Blocked players, then Unblock. On the web: your Account page.

In the app: Settings, then Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. On the web: sign in at baddyai.com/account and use Delete account. You can also email hello@dotredlabs.com with your username. Deleting your account removes your profile, your videos and reels with all their files, your chats, ratings, follows, blocks and credits. It cannot be undone.

Keep the app open on a good connection; uploads resume where they stopped. If a reel says that shuttle tracking was skipped, open it and run it again. If it still fails, email us with your username and the time of the upload.
